My last dentures were made in 2004 and I really suffered with them. I relocated to WA from NSW in January 08. A friend in my retirement village suggested I see DenturesPlus. At the time, I was living only on soft food and only wore my bottom denture to eat or in company. I had used more remedies for mouth ulcers than anyone in history. On meeting Lucas, I immediately felt as if I was in the company of a friendly caring person. He went to no end of trouble in his approach to the Department of Veterans Affairs in getting assistance for me, he clearly went through all the costs involved and the different materials & choices available. Once commenced, the dentures were made in only three weeks! I had three fittings,and with a lot of effort on Lucas’s part, the dentures were cosmetically suitable to my appearance, smile ect. Three days after the final fitting I had my new teeth & smile. I only needed one minor adjustment two days later before I was off for four weeks back east, and Lucas gave me all the advice I needed on the care of my new set of dentures. Since then I have not had to consult Lucas again and I’m eating food I have avoided for 4 years - I now eat nuts, which I love. The comments of my Eastern friends were, "What have you done? You look ten years younger". I have no hesitation in supplying this testimonial. I am completely happy and satisfied with my dentures the very personal, friendly attitude of Lucas and Michelle - I am only sorry I do not require "after service" as I miss the caring friendly atmosphere. I shall always regard them as personal friends. The overall experience was a very enjoyable time.

Having known I have an extremely difficult mouth, jaw and bite from past experiences, I thought that the making of new dentures would not be easy or straight forward. However, thanks to Lucas’s unfailing patience, cheerful determination and quest for perfection, for the first time in 40 years I can now actually smile without embarrassment and my new dentures no longer rattle around. The whole experience was very pleasant, I was never kept waiting, and the after care service was superb (and included in the very reasonable cost). Lucas is an expert in his profession and I was able to learn from him and now understand the reasons why my dentures have always been a challenge. Should I outlive these dentures, Lucas will certainly be making the next ones!
